Abuela guía de la Danza de la Luna Tlahuizpapalotl, círculo que inicia en el año 2011. Miembro del Consejo Internacional de Abuelas de Círculos de Danza de la Luna. Desde el año 1993 brinda su apoyo a familias y mujeres en procesos de gestación, nacimiento y vida. Miembro del Consejo de Abuelas Parteras Guardianas del Saber Ancestral de las Américas, madre de tres hijos nacidos en casa, danzante, artesana, promotora del comercio justo y viajera del mundo con el propósito de fomentar el trabajo de círculos de reconexión con la Madre Tierra y nuestra realidad espiritual.
Investigadora innata desde temprana edad sobre prácticas naturales de sanación, se inicia en el Gnosticismo y métodos de meditación.
En 1993, en Maui, Hawaii, empieza su experiencia con el temazcal. De la mano de Jan Francisco y Tina Garcero es iniciada en un círculo de mujeres que apoyan los procesos de gestación y nacimiento, trabajo que continúa durante su vida de la mano de muchas mujeres de gran conocimiento alrededor del mundo.
Trabaja de manera individual y colectiva en la reconstrucción de memorias ancestrales, pertenecientes a la cosmovisión de antiguas culturas que funcionaban bajo otros paradigmas.
En 1995 viaja a México siguiendo el llamado y la guía de sus sueños, donde se inicia en la Danza Ceremonial Azteca y diferentes ceremonias tradicionales, guiada por su "tía" Aurelia Morales conoce a su primer mentor del temazcal el abuelo Teuctli y continúa siendo instruida con la guía de varios abuelos, entre ellos la abuela Margarita.
Junto a Mario Mikistly siembran los primeros temazcales y círculos de vinculación a la Madre Tierra en Costa Rica. En 1996 inicia en el círculo matriz de la Danza de la Luna Xochimeztli, guiado por la abuela Isabel Vega, en el 2000 recibe su primer bastón como portadora de chanupa y en el 2009 completa su compromiso de danza en ese círculo de la mano de la abuela Tonalmitl , abuela y guía actual.
Siembra, con su trabajo, una semilla para comprender la realidad desde otra perspectiva, en conexión a la naturaleza, situando la espiritualidad como centro enriquecedor de intercambios interculturales, dando paso a una comunicación constructiva y diversa.

In 1996, she started in the mother circle Xochimeztli Moon Dance, guided by grandmother Isabel Vega, in 2000 she received her first Sacred Stick as a Chanupa carrier and in 2009 she completed her commitment to dance in that circle under the guidance of grandmother Tonalmitl, grandmother and current guide.
With her work, she sows a seed to understand reality from another perspective, in connection with nature, placing spirituality as an enriching center of intercultural exchanges, giving way to a constructive and diverse communication.
